Take on the challenge or cheer on the competitors at the annual Australian Outback Marathon.
It’s unlikely that you’ll find a more iconic and spectacular backdrop to a marathon than the Australian Outback Marathon with a course that passes Uluru and the Olgas. The desert setting affords cool morning temperatures, crystal clear air and challenging sections of soft-sand trails. There’s also a half marathon as well as 11km and 6km fun runs.
