Unit overview
In this unit, students will:
- investigate a variety of life cycles of living things
- appreciate the deep understanding and strong connection of First Nations Peoples to living things
- understand how this understanding and connection informs the way First Nations Peoples live on Country
- explore the life cycles of living things by researching, observing, doing experiments and reading case studies
- think about the interconnectedness of nature and how human activity can disrupt the life cycles of other living things
- share an appreciation for living things through writing.
