Unit overview
In this unit, students explore the many ways stories can be told in First Nations cultures, from written and oral storytelling traditions to music, movement, animation and dance. Students explore the cultural and educational role stories play in our lives and engage in processes of retelling and creating stories about our world and our experiences using elements of music, movement and dance to communicate knowledge and ideas.
