Unit overview
In this unit students will:
- explore both informal and formal units of measuring length
- explore what we can measure and how
- use uniform informal units to measure length
- investigate how First Nations people use measurement on Country in everyday life
- investigate how First Nations people use length when weaving and hunting
- create a woven artwork and write an artist statement demonstrating their learning.
