Unit overview
In this unit, students will:
- identify what feral animals are, why they were brought to this continent, and the impact they have on Country
- explore First Nations people’s connection to Country
- understand the impact of colonisation on native animals
- identify a feral animal and its impact on Country and culture
- consolidate their understanding of the issue using flowcharts
- create an ebook demonstrating their feral animal’s impact
- communicate by presenting and discussing their ebook.
